Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor in Massachusetts to support individuals in daily living, skill development, and community participation. You will help implement person-centered plans, promote independence, and ensure a safe living environment within residential and community settings.
The role includes advocating for people served, facilitating community engagement, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The Residential Counselor supports individuals in achieving greater independence and quality of life by providing direct care, guidance, and skill-building support within residential and community-based settings. They assist individuals with daily living activities, community participation, and personal goal attainment while ensuring a safe, healthy, and supportive environment. Residential Counselors serve as strong advocates for the people they support and promote community engagement, self-determination, and meaningful relationships.

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
