Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor in Massachusetts to support individuals in daily living, skill-building, and community participation. You will help develop person-centered plans, assist with transportation and access to community resources, and promote inclusive activities within safe settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment and complete documentation in a timely manner.
