The CJI team brings decades of experience developing evidence-based, data-driven policies, managing complex processes with diverse stakeholders, and driving systems-level organizational change. • Family Reentry (FRE): At Family Reentry, we address the often-intertwining problems of behavioral health, domestic violence, reentry, recidivism, and risks to youth by offering evidence-based interventions to provide support and effect positive change. We offer a holistic approach by working to connect clients to basic needs and offering support to create change and increase stronger coping and life skills.

About the role

CRJ wants you to join our growing team of compassionate and dependable Residential Counselors to support the wonderful individuals we serve! This is a Full-Time, 40 hours/week, non-exempt position that will be working in our Norwood, MA location. This position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $18/hr.

What you'll do

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills including, but not limited to, specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings.
• Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance.
