SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• The Residential Coordinator provides essential 24-hour awake coverage and supervision of a large Fairfax County emergency shelter for households with minor children.
• Responsible for crisis intervention, facilities management, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the front desk and maintaining a positive living environment within the shelter.
• Ensure the safety of shelter residents and company property.
• Perform rounds and monitor the outside and inside of the building grounds
• Distribute household items, toiletries and other items to clients as needed.
• Perform residential cleaning, including light touch-ups and washing shelter linens
• Organize and restock household supplies, toiletries, linens, towels, and donations
• Conduct assessments and intakes for One-Night- Only families seeking shelter after hours.
• Proficiently utilize Google Suites applications (email, calendar, drive, docs, etc) as a part of day-to-day work requirements

CLIENT'S HOURS

• Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm
• Saturday-Sunday from 4:00pm-12:00am
• Saturday-Sunday from 12:00am-8:00am

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
