Job description

$22.00/hour & $1,500 Sign-on Bonus!

Great opportunity for a Residential Rehabilitation Coordinator in our Mental Health Residential Program in Quincy. In this program, adults with mental illness share a home in the community. Our residential staff support them to reach their goals by teaching daily living skills, managing psychiatric symptoms, ensuring physical health, and improving quality of life.

Join our dedicated team and play an essential role in helping adults with mental illness live as actively and independently as possible!

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for clients on caseload
  • Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans
  • Oversee medication management
  • Manage fiscal funds
  • Serve as primary liaison for service providers, family, and guardians
  • Use electronic health record systems for client notes

Schedule: Sun-Thu, 9 am - 5 pm

Hourly Rate: $20.00
