Job summary

AHRC New York City is currently seeking Residential Coordinators (RC) to oversee multiple IRA residences in Queens and an ICF residence in the Bronx. The RC will supervise staff, manage independent operations, and coordinate resident support services while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and knowledge of OPWDD regulations. The role offers a competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000 annually alongside a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred in Human Services or a related health service field.
• At least two years of experience in a management/supervisory position of a residential group home.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise clinical and consultant team members assigned to the region.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate services for individuals under Home and Community Based Services Waiver.
