About the Role

We are seeking a Carpenter Trainee to join our Salisbury team. In this role, you will help us deliver exceptional shower installation and bath remodel experiences, contributing to our mission of bringing happiness to every home.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a strong desire to learn
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and ability to read a tape measure
• Valid driver’s license and smartphone for company systems

Typical Day

• Meet at warehouse at 6:30 AM, load materials, and drive to customer sites
• Perform demolition and installation tasks, ensuring quality and cleanliness
• Obtain customer signatures and payments, then return to the warehouse

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 6:30 AM, hours may vary
