Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing residential operations in all phases.
• Experience working for a production homebuilder is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand plans and construction details.
• Familiarity with residential building codes.
• Strong communication with internal and external customers.
• Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of work in assigned areas focusing on cost control, scheduling, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct weekly customer calls and track communications.
• Ensure adherence to construction specifications and standards.
• Utilize internal scheduling system to ensure timely completion of homes.
• Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to maintain high standards.
• Perform formal quality inspections.
• Manage operations across multiple community locations.
