Responsibilities

• Monitor project timelines to ensure homes are completed on schedule.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify or resolve construction issues promptly.
• Coordinate inspections with local municipalities and inspectors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners throughout the construction process.
• Review plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track project progress and provide updates to management.
• Manage material deliveries and verify product quality.
• Address warranty items and punch-list completion prior to closing.
• Foster positive working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
