Are you ready to take the lead on luxury residential and commercial multifamily projects in the Charlotte area? We're hiring a Project Manager to drive a major 5-year development initiative, including high-end custom homes and ground-up multifamily construction.

• Manage start-to-finish construction of custom homes and multifamily developments
• Lead project teams through preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Oversee cost controls, reporting, and day-to-day problem-solving
