Location: Dallas, TX

Role Summary:
As a Project Manager at Property Masters, you will manage multiple construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on the client’s scope of work.
  2. Conduct meetings with subcontractors to establish timelines, determine permits needed, and set clear expectations.
  3. Prepare project bid status reports to ensure compliance with specifications and contract requirements.
  4. Provide management and support to subcontractors to ensure projects progress smoothly and timelines are met.
  5. Conduct weekly site visits for open projects, providing updates to corporate staff and clients.
  6. Identify challenges, problems, and client concerns, offering effective solutions to maintain project momentum.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2-5 years of construction management experience.
  3. Thorough knowledge of general construction and estimating.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects in different phases of construction in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Knowledge of local and state building codes and permit requirements.
  6. Proficiency in reading and organizing construction plans and specifications.
  7. Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn cloud-based software.
  8. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  9. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Compensation and Benefits:

  1. Base salary: $80,000 - $90,000, plus a lucrative quarterly bonus program.
  2. Full benefits package, including:
