Griffin Decks & Covers in the Greater Denver Area is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead residential deck and outdoor living projects from pre-construction through final completion. You will drive schedules, coordinate crews, manage materials, and maintain exceptional client communication to reflect our high standards.

This full-time hybrid role values craftsmanship, integrity, and growth, with a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus commission and a total earning potential over six figures

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Experience with decks or outdoor living projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and local codes.
  • Ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review project plans with homeowners to align scope, expectations, and timelines.
  • Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and inspections.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
  • Create punch lists and coordinate crews for closeouts.
  • Procure materials and coordinate with suppliers to prevent delays.
  • Provide weekly updates to homeowners with transparency.
  • Lead crews and subcontractors to uphold company standards.
  • Proactively address project challenges with solutions.
  • Maintain project documentation and use management software.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Lead and support crews and subcontractors to uphold company standards.

  • Maintain documentation and utilize project management software as needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Experience with decks or outdoor living projects preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and local building codes.
  • Ability to effectively manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and client-service skills.
  • Experience using construction management software or related systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience + Commission (Salary Potential $125,000+)
