Job summary

Highgate Builders, Inc. in the North Shore area of Chicago is seeking a full-time, year-round general jobsite cleaner and laborer. You will perform cleaning, organize materials, and assist with deliveries and protection of flooring and cabinetry.

Basic framing and handyman skills are a plus, and all tools and materials are supplied by the builder. Benefits include health insurance, 1 week of paid vacation, and 401(k) participation after one year of employment.

Qualifications

• Experience with cleaning and organization on construction sites is preferred.

Responsibilities

• General sweeping and cleaning of job sites.

Daily responsibilities will include:

• General sweeping.
• Vacuuming and organization of job site materials.
• Accepting and moving material deliveries into the projects.
• Installation of flooring & wall and cabinet protection.
• Minor framing skills and handyman skills helpful.
• All materials and tools needed will be supplied by the builder.
