Job summary

Elevated Construction Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple residential construction sites from permitting through completion. You will drive projects on schedule and within budget while upholding high construction quality, directly influencing Southwest Florida growth.

You will coordinate crews, manage permits in Florida portals, and ensure compliance with wind and flood codes. A company vehicle, per diem for travel, and weekly pay accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years managing Florida residential construction projects.
• Experience navigating county permitting portals and managing AIA billing cycles.
• Proven ability to ensure wind and flood code compliance on residential builds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple residential jobsites to meet timelines and budgets.
• Direct subcontractor workflows and ensure installation quality and safety.
• Manage permitting through Florida county portals (Accela).
• Inspect progress for compliance with wind and flood codes.
• Execute monthly draws and maintain AIA billing documentation precisely.
• Maintain real-time project visibility using Monday.com boards.
• Resolve on-site logistical and technical challenges independently.
