Job summary

Dream Finders Homes is seeking a Construction Manager 2 for the St. Johns County and Palm Coast regions. You will oversee residential construction, ensure safety and quality, and maintain build schedules across multiple communities.

The role requires 2+ years in residential construction, a valid driver's license, and preferably a Bachelor's in Construction Management with knowledge of Florida codes. Travel to job sites will be required as part of field and office work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential construction experience.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle for travel across St. Johns County and Palm Coast.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Deep understanding of Florida building codes and local guidelines.
• 2+ years in production residential homebuilding.
• Experience with homebuilding software such as BuildPro.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential construction operations across Dream Finders Homes communities in St. Johns County and Palm Coast.
• Ensure quality execution, safety, and on-time build schedules.
• Coordinate purchasing and trade contractor needs locally across job sites.
• Lead weekly team meetings and coordinate with sales to maximize closings.
• Review and approve subcontractor purchase orders.
