An established residential homebuilder in Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on construction professional with a strong background in custom or semi‑custom homebuilding who understands construction scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from site preparation through final completion.
• Oversee daily jobsite activities and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules to keep projects on track.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor schedules.
• Monitor construction progress and proactively address delays or jobsite issues.
• Review construction drawings and identify potential conflicts before they impact the project.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
• Work with internal teams to resolve construction challenges and coordinate project changes.

Qualifications
