Job summary

NWM Risk Management is seeking a Construction Inspector for Ocean View, NJ. This 1099 contractor role requires visiting residential sites, taking clear interior and exterior photos, and submitting them via the Pruvan app to support progress reports for lenders.

Flexibility is key: inspections are assigned as needed with typical 24–48 hour turnarounds. A vehicle and reliable internet-enabled device are essential for timely documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; inspections are assigned as needed.
• Reliable transportation to reach inspection sites.
• Device needed: smartphone or tablet compatible with the Pruvan app.
• PPE gear: closed-toe shoes, long pants, safety vest.
• Basic construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit residential construction sites (single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, condos).
• Take interior and exterior photos of all properties assigned via the Pruvan app to document progress.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team.
