An established and growing design/build residential construction and remodeling company has an opening for a residential construction estimator. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team player to join us.

Responsibilities

1. Assist and coordinate with the sales team.
2. Understand and create budgets and estimates for all remodeling and new construction projects.
3. Write accurate, comprehensive, and descriptive contracts that lead to successful, profitable projects.
4. Thoroughly understand blueprints/drawings, scope of work, and perform take-offs.
5. Secure bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
6. Collaborate with trades and vendors to ensure project profitability.
7. Manage change orders effectively.
8. Maintain and update pricing templates regularly.
9. Understand and embody our Core Values.

Qualifications

1. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in residential building and remodeling.
2. Minimum of 1 year experience as a residential construction estimator.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
6. Demonstrate great character, attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the work.
