Compensation

• $75,000 – $110,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing detailed estimates for residential construction projects.
• Analyzing architectural and engineering plans to determine costs.
• Conducting material take-offs to determine project needs.
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure accurate and thoughtful estimating.
• Working closely with field teams to align estimates with execution.
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
• Maintaining precision and thoroughness in all estimates to meet high-quality standards.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• Experience estimating residential construction projects (single-family homes or subdivisions).
• Familiarity with Construction Management Software and estimating tools.
• Strong ability to interpret and analyze architectural plans.
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical problem-solving skills.
