GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Orange, NJ. You will provide customer-focused security, welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide guests in a professional manner at various sites.

The role requires full-time availability with set weekend and weekday hours. A valid NJ SORA and work authorization in the U.S. are required, along with a strong customer service mindset and basic tech skills.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a VALID NJ SORA
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors, verifies identity, and guides visitors.
• Manages access control to buildings and offices.
• Performs regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspects security equipment and reports maintenance needs.
• Responds to incidents, provides first aid, and coordinates with emergency teams.
• Answers questions in person or by phone and writes incident reports.
• Ensures the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a VALID NJ SORA
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
