Qualifications

• Previous custodial, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, offices, hallways, and restrooms
• Sweep, vacuum, and perform general custodial duties as needed
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain clean grounds and walkways
• Assist with moving supplies and other light labor tasks as needed
• Distribute notices, flyers, or other information throughout the property
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
