Job Site Manager - Painting

Western View Painting | Casper, Wyoming | $25-$30/hr + Performance Bonuses ($40+/hr potential) | Full-time

Western View Painting is looking for two experienced Job Site Managers to join our growing team in Casper.

What You'll Do

You will own a crew of 3-4 painters and be fully accountable for safety, quality, production, and client experience on every job. You are a painter first and foremost but more importantly, you are a teacher, leader, and manager. You conduct pre-job site visits, manage the daily schedule, order materials, and see every project through to a satisfied client. You will teach and instruct your crew in ways to provide a high quality service while hitting company goals. Developing others to become better painters and leaders is a skill you must be willing to maintain.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in residential or commercial painting
• Demonstrated crew leadership – you’ve managed people in the field
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to perform manual labor
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait to be told what to do.

Compensation

$25-$30/hr base pay

Monthly performance bonuses tied to crew efficiency and gross profit

Top performers consistently earn well above their base rate
