Right Now Air in Las Vegas seeks an experienced HVAC technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You’ll handle seasonal tune-ups, replacements, and installer work while explaining issues to customers in clear, friendly terms.

We value pride in workmanship, punctuality, and integrity. This full-time role includes extensive paid training, a company van and gas card, and a comprehensive benefits package in a family-owned shop with 35+ years of stability.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience.
Experience with both residential and commercial systems.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Your own hand tools, meters, and gauges (company covers big-ticket equipment).
Able to pass a national background check and drug screen.
Professional appearance and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Seasonal maintenance and tune-ups.
System replacements and installations.
Explain issues to customers in plain language (educate, not pressure-sell).
Keep work clean and quotes honest (what we quote is what we charge).

What You'll Get

$25-$38/hr depending on experience
Medical, dental, and life insurance (100% paid by the company, not "we cover half")
