Job summary

CMC:Berkshires is a private residential program in New Marlborough, MA, seeking clinicians to join a multidisciplinary team. The role offers a four-on-site schedule with one flexible day, ongoing supervision, and exposure to evidence-based treatments for substance use and co-occurring conditions.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized plans, provide therapy (individual, family, group), and collaborate with psychiatry, medical staff, and Recovery Specialists to support

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with substance use disorders and co‑occurring mental health conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and substance use evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with clients and the clinical team.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Coordinate with outpatient providers and collateral supports.
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care coordination.
