Job summary

Allkindsoftherapy is seeking a full-time psychologist to join our therapeutic community at Keswick School in Virginia. This role involves direct oversight of individual and group therapies for boys aged 10–17 with complex challenges, creating a positive impact on their growth and emotional well-being.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in social work or psychology, possesses the necessary licensure for Virginia, and has experience in school or residential settings. Our benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and ample paid leave.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice in Virginia or ability to gain it immediately.
• Ability to pass criminal and child abuse/neglect background checks.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment oversight for a dedicated caseload of students.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions weekly.
• Write session notes and progress reports.
• Support a team of staff in implementing treatment objectives.
• Participate in professional meetings to collaborate on student care.
• Drive positive outcomes with established program and curriculum.
• Provide parent support through groups and events.
