Job Description:

RFK Community Alliance has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Clinician to join our residential care team in Lancaster, MA. A $2500 sign-on bonus is available!

Who We Seek:

We seek a dynamic clinician to be part of our growing residential services clinical treatment team. We are an experienced collegial group with diverse skills and are looking for an innovative, compassionate professional to join the team. You will work with students, families, and staff, providing individual, family, and group therapy, facilitating treatment conference meetings for your caseload, attending weekly team meetings, and monthly medication review meetings. Documentation includes progress notes, quarterly reports, and treatment plans. Case management involves liaising with referral agencies, school districts, and other collaterals involved in the client's care, communicating with parents and guardians, and scheduling home visitations.

Who You Are:

You are a licensed or licensed-eligible clinician who is creative, energetic, and eager to make a difference. You will provide trauma-informed therapeutic support and guidance for children and adults to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You are looking to utilize your experience and skills in a collaborative group setting. Specific qualifications include:

  • Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work
  • One year of clinical experience
  • Strong organizational skills and solid oral and written communication skills
  • Requires Massachusetts Licensure or license eligibility
Shift:

Full-Time: 40 hours/week.

Sign-On Incentive:

This position is eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid in installments: $500 after 3 months, $500 after 6 months, and $1,500 after 12 months.
