SERVPRO Team Dobson is hiring an HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician to join a fast-paced cleaning and restoration team. You will perform residential duct cleaning, inspect ducts, prep rooms, and operate floor care and cleaning tasks, with attention to safety and quality.

The role requires reliability, ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance, a valid driver's license, and willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing. Weekend/evening availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Detail and service-oriented.
• Must pass a full background check and pre-employment drug test.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Carpet and upholstery cleaning.
• Prepare floors to clean, buff, or refinish them.
• Operate floor care equipment and tools.
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Notify building management of repairs required.
• Multi surface/Window cleaning.
• Inventory and load supplies for each project.
• Provide expert residential duct cleaning services and inspections.
