True Haven Cleaners in Georgia is seeking reliable house cleaners and commercial cleaners. You will work full-time, year-round, with pay per job and same-day pay for every completion.

You decide your schedule and which jobs fit your availability across Atlanta and beyond the perimeter. You can clean solo or with a teammate, focusing on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and offices, delivering a five-star customer experience and showcasing before/after photos.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning experience is a must.
• Must be willing to drive to job locations.
• Cleaning experience or your own cleaning business is a plus.
• Hard working, motivated, hungry to improve your life.
• Strong communication skills are a MUST.
• Good people skills — cleaning is about service, not just scrubbing.
• Warm smile, professional attitude, and pride in your work.

Responsabilités

• Clean homes or Commercial properties either solo or with a teammate.
• Perform Move Out, Deep Clean, and Recurring Clean services.
• Focus on kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and offices.

Compensation

We pay per job, not hourly — because every home is different.

Our cleaners consistently earn $15 to $25 per hour
(we have not had anyone earn less but we have had jobs that do pay more).

• Tips are common (cash or Venmo)
• Bonus structure for extra earning potential
• Paid the same day for every job you complete
