Job summary

Trillium Family Services is seeking a Graduate-Level Child Therapist to provide direct clinical services to youth at our Corvallis Campus. The role includes conducting assessments, individual therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should possess a Master's degree and ideally have experience in mental health settings. We offer competitive salaries starting at $68,320 for unlicensed and $73,120 for licensed professionals, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Licensure or license-eligible in the state of Oregon.
• Experience working with adolescents in mental health or residential settings is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide regular individual and group therapy sessions.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions.
