Job summary

TransTrash is seeking a Full Time CDL Rear Load/Side Load Garbage Truck Driver for collection of waste material in Bismarck, ND. Class B CDL required; Class A preferred.

2 years related experience and strong customer service skills are essential. You will operate and collect material, complete documentation, and transport to the disposal facility, with overtime and a Monday-Thursday schedule (some Fridays).

Qualifications

• Class A or B CDL license
• 2 years related experience in transportation industry
• Oral and written communication skills with ability to maintain strong documentation
• Ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders

Responsibilities

• Follow route sheet properly and collect all customers waste materials
• Safely maneuver vehicle in tight environments
• Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Comply with company provided literature, training, and all existing Federal, State, Local and Company requirements, rules, and regulations that pertain to personal safety in the performance of duties
• Overtime as scheduled
• Mon-Fri schedules as applicable

If you’re interested in a no overnights, have a Class B CDL (required) or Class A (preferred), excellent at Customer Service, and are a Team Player, this may be the job for you! TransTrash is seeking a Full Time CDL Rear Load/Side Load Garbage Truck Driver for collection of waste material. Driver is responsible for operating and collecting material and transporting to the disposal facility.

• Comply with company provided literature, training, and all existing Federal, State, Local and Company requirements, rules, and regulations that pertain to personal safety in the performance of duties

Requirements

• Ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders which includes labor hours, and updating work order statuses
