Holcomb Behavioral Health Systems - A Chimes Company in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking a Residential Caseworker to help residents reach self-sufficiency through individualized interventions within a therapeutic milieu. The role follows collaborative service plans and emphasizes compassionate, flexible Supportive Counseling in a recovery model.

Shifts are PRN, including weekends and evenings, with starting pay at $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 1 year experience in a human service-related field or equivalent training/experience.
• Current driver’s license and clearances required as per program policy.
• Background checks including PA Child Abuse Clearance and FBI fingerprinting are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide services per program description and comply with licensure and recovery model principles.
• Support program residents through counseling, skills development, and planning.
• Develop and maintain service plans and coordinate with adjunct providers.
• Document billable services accurately and submit records timely.
