Community Care Alliance in Cumberland, RI seeks a Residential Case Manager to support adults in a group home setting. This full-time role provides psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery-focused services as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Residential Case Manager (Full Time; 37.5 hours) Location: Cumberland, RI. We are seeking a compassionate professional with experience working in residential programs or with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. The Residential Case Manager will support one of our residential programs in Cumberland, RI, providing direct services to adults living in a group home setting. As part of a multidisciplinary team, this role assists in delivering psychiatric rehabilitation and supportive services that help residents achieve their goals for independent living, learning, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities
