You will collaborate with trades, attend inspections, ensure safety, manage tools, and contribute to training. This exempt role offers a salary range and robust benefits for 53k to 57k annually depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of residential carpentry experience (framing, drywall, insulation, finishings)
• Understand architect drawings
• Know OSHA requirements, Lead-Safe, City Codes
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on projects prior to purchase by attending showings or site visits.
• Assist with the creation of the scope of work for each project.
• Attend building inspections.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage tools and materials.
• Collaborate with other trades.
• Provide training and shadowing opportunities.
