As a Residential Carpenter on our Mechanicsburg team, you will join us in our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences.

You will report to our Installation Manager and work closely with Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

A Day in the Life

Expect to:

• Meet at the warehouse at 6:30 AM, gather materials, load trucks
• Drive to customer homes, greet and establish rapport
• Perform controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area
• Install new bathtub/shower pan and acrylic wall surround, update plumbing as needed
• Maintain attention to detail and clean up after installation
• Obtain signatures and payment, then return to the warehouse
