Job summary

Pinemar Ardmore, PA is seeking a Residential Carpenter to join our team. You’ll work with project leaders and skilled trades to bring architect-designed homes and renovations to life, delivering high-quality workmanship on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of residential carpentry, can read construction drawings, and takes pride in precise finish work. A reliable, communicative team player who works well independently is desired for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes and residential renovations
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish details
• Read and follow construction drawings and project specifications
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Help identify and resolve field challenges
• Work collaboratively with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners
• Deliver quality workmanship while helping projects stay on schedule

What You'll Do

As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced project leaders and skilled trades to help bring exceptional homes to life.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes and residential renovations
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish details
• Read and follow construction drawings and project specifications
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Help identify and resolve field challenges
• Work collaboratively with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners
• Deliver quality workmanship while helping projects stay on schedule

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently when needed
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Salary: $25 - $30 per hour
