As part of a collaborative crew, you will perform rough and finish carpentry, read drawings, and help keep projects on schedule while maintaining a safe, organized jobsite. A valid driver’s license is required and growth opportunities are available.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Carpenter, you'll work alongside experienced project leaders and skilled trades to help bring exceptional homes to life.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on custom homes and residential renovations
• Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other finish details
• Read and follow construction drawings and project specifications
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
• Help identify and resolve field challenges
• Work collaboratively with superintendents, project managers, and trade partners

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience
• Experience with rough and finish carpentry
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
