Supportive Concepts for Families is hiring a Residential Specialist to provide direct care in a residential setting for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with personal care, daily living skills, and participation in individualized goals, while promoting dignity and a safe home environment.

This role offers full-time hours, weekend/holiday shifts as needed, and a chance to grow with a mission-driven organization that values compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide hands-on support and physical assistance when needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting.
• Assist with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meal prep.
• Support daily living skills and participation in goals and plans.
• Help individuals engage in community activities, appointments, and events.
• Promote dignity, respect, and a safe, welcoming home environment.
