Position Highlights:

  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $3,000, contingent upon eligibility.
  • Base hourly rate: $19.14

Responsibilities:

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: Current certification as an Active Certified Residential Medication Aide and Personal Support Specialist required. Current certification as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT 1) must be obtained within one year of employment. Valid Driver’s License preferred.
  3. Experience: Experience working in a residential setting preferred.
