Job summary

The Residential DSP at Trivium Life Services Company ensures the health and safety of residents in a 24-hour residential house. The role collaborates with residents, stakeholders, and an interdisciplinary team to support person-centered plans and achieve quality outcomes.

Reports directly to the Residential Supervisor. Responsibilities include dignity and respect, assisting in community-based activities, documenting interactions, providing safe transportation, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
