Hope for Tomorrow is a residential treatment provider seeking a Full Time Residential Technician to assist with patient care, administer medications, and support daily living activities in a clinical setting. The role involves teamwork in a regulated environment and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, medication handling, documentation, and coordination with nursing and kitchen staff.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CRMA certification may be required by state.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to complete training in Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid and behavior intervention techniques.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform general household upkeep and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Works in the nurse's station to answer questions and direct clients.
• General office work and knowledge of services offered.
• Accompany clients outside for cigarette breaks.
• Prepare bedrooms for new admissions and maintain cleanliness of rooms.
• Assist kitchen with dishwashing and dining area cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness of day rooms and medication areas.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping tasks.
• Maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Administer medications as ordered and log appropriately.
• Complete hourly rounds and assess environment and patient needs.
• Check vitals and audit EHR records.
• Assist with Omnicell and discharge documentation.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and attend staff meetings.
