Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I at Bridgestone RTH in Wilsonville, OR. You will provide compassionate care, help with daily living activities, and assist with meals while supporting treatment services under supervision.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to program policies, with a focus on improving residents' functional skills and independence. Training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a DHS background check and maintain a valid driverb3s license.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required by the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Assist with personal care and support daily living activities to increase independence.
• Assist with meal preparation, clean-up, and food purchasing while encouraging client participation.
• Under RN guidance, pass medications and perform delegated medical care as prescribed by the primary care provider.
• Transport clients to and from the program as needed for treatment services.
• Maintain documentation of services in accordance with productivity standards.
