Job summary

ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a Residential Care Associate I for Fairview Firs in Fairview, Oregon. You will provide companionship and daily living support, including meal prep and transportation, under RN supervision, to help residents maintain independence.

This role includes medication assistance, documentation, and participation in an MFA-accredited training program. The schedule is Tue–Sat, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with wage range $21.42–$22.07 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience preferred.
• Driver's license required within 30 days of hire; background check may be required.
• Must be 18 years or older per program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide caring companionship and assistance with daily tasks to clients.
• Assist with personal care services and support independent living activities.
• Pass medications under supervision of a Registered Nurse and manage delegated medical tasks.
• Transport clients to and from the program and document services per productivity standards.
