Location: Premier Healthcare, LLC

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

This range is provided by Premier Healthcare, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
  1. Assisting residents with daily personal routines, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and using the bathroom.
  2. Providing companionship to residents and establishing a trusting relationship with them.
  3. Ensuring that residents are taking their prescribed medication.
  4. Reporting any concerns or medical issues.
  5. Ensuring that the residents' living quarters are safe and well-organized.
  6. Keeping records of resident activity, behavior, and moods.
  7. Leading group activities and outings.
  8. Performing any reasonable requests that residents ask for.
  9. Collaborating with management and coworkers to ensure residents receive the best quality of life possible.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Experience working with elderly or disabled people.
  • First aid and CPR training (preferable).
  • Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills.
  • Good physical fitness.
