Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Residential Support Staff in the Coraopolis, PA area to assist adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in group homes. You will help with activities of daily living and participate in a supportive residential environment.

The position is an independent contractor role offering flexible shifts (1st–3rd) with compensation up to $19 per hour. A High School Diploma, direct care experience, and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience providing direct care.
• Able to work with low, mid and high functioning consumers.
• Some assignments may require working with wheelchairs and hoyers.
• Ability to complete clearances (Physical/TB, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal background).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adults with IDD in group homes to enhance quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist with daily functional activities (meals, housekeeping, life skills).
