Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking a Residential Canvassing Team Lead to oversee a team of canvassing representatives across assigned territories. You will lead daily field efforts, drive lead-generation performance, and develop your team to reach and exceed goals.

The role emphasizes recruiting, coaching, and performance management for sustained sales results and customer engagement in a dynamic field environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• At least 1yr of Door-to-Door Sales Experience is required.
• At least 1yr of Supervisory/Leadership Experience is required.
• Prior Experience within Construction or Home improvement is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of residential canvassing representatives.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop canvassing sales strategies to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
