Renewal by Andersen is seeking an energetic Residential Canvassing Representative to join our vibrant field team in Florida. You will go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods, introduce homeowners to our premium window and door solutions, and generate high-quality leads with a friendly, professional approach.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service or door-to-door sales, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in door-to-door sales or appointment setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door outreach in assigned areas.
• Deliver a pre-qualifying lead presentation to homeowners.
• Meet daily/weekly goals while presenting the company professionally.
• Provide daily reports on leads and appointments and attend meetings.
