Job summary

Alpine Academy is seeking a Campus L.I.F.E. Supervisor to lead a residential home for teens. You will manage day-to-day operations with a team of Coaches for part of the week, then move into a leadership role to guide staff, ensure safety, and support clinical and academic work.

Your presence and example will shape the culture and outcomes. You will be responsible for supervising, scheduling, and maintaining a steady environment, while also providing mentorship and accountability to your team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or managing a team in a residential or caregiving setting.
• Strong operations and scheduling skills.
• Ability to provide honest feedback and hold accountability with care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a residential home, coordinating staff and schedules.
• Set standards by example and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Respond to crises and support students and staff as needed.
