Job summary

DISC Village seeks a Residential Campus Director to provide leadership and operational oversight for the Residential Centers at the Natural Bridge Campus. You will implement systems supporting high-quality residential care, strong outcomes, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of management, a Master’s preferred, and Florida licensure eligibility (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science field with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred; licensure eligibility in Florida within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for Residential Centers.
  • Develop and monitor policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead staff across campus and oversee referrals, intake, and funding utilization.
  • Ensure audit readiness and program accountability.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Social/Behavior Science field
2+ years management experience

Residential substance abuse treatment experience

Job description

The Residential Campus Director is responsible for providing primary leadership and operational oversight for the Residential Centers at the Natural Bridge Campus. Develops and monitors systems that support high‑quality residential care, strong treatment outcomes, and consistent regulatory compliance.

Essential Responsibilities

Developing, reviewing, and updating organizational policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Designing and implementing systems to support audit/inspection readiness and program accountability. Participating in federal, state, and county site reviews, as well as accreditation surveys. Providing leadership and supervision to all administrative, programmatic, and supervisory staff across the campus. Overseeing referral, intake processes and protocols for all residential programs. Monitoring the utilization of residential funding sources and ensuring all funding requirements are consistently met.

Requirements

The Residential Campus Director is responsible for providing primary leadership and operational oversight for the Residential Centers at the Natural Bridge Campus. Develops and monitors systems that support high‑quality residential care, strong treatment outcomes, and consistent regulatory compliance.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework preferably in a Social or Behavior Science field with at least 2 years of management experience. A Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred. Experience working in a residential substance abuse treatment setting. At least 5 years of experience in the chemical dependency and/or mental health field is preferred. A Master’s degree may be substituted for one year of experience. Current Florida licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure with the ability to obtain full Florida licensure within one year of hire.

Salary Rate

$85,000 – $90,000
