Job summary

William & Mary is seeking a Head Resident Advisor for Various Pre-Collegiate Programs. In this role, you will support Resident Advisors in supervising campers, maintaining a safe environment, and leading staff meetings. This part-time position requires living in the dorms during the program duration. Strong organizational skills and a high school diploma are required.

The position offers $17 per hour and will require background checks. Ideal candidates will have previous camp experience and be able to multitask effectively.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to complete William & Mary Golf Cart Training.

Responsibilities

• Support Resident Advisors in managing camper supervision.
• Lead evening staff meetings to discuss concerns and relay information.
• Act as a liaison between campers and staff.
