DEZ Development LLC, a Clackamas-based Residential Real Estate Development company, is seeking a talented and self-motivated CAD Drafter/Designer to join their team. The selected candidate will work closely with the Designer and staff on a variety of project types, contributing to the creation of AutoCAD drawings and presentation graphics. Additionally, the CAD Drafter/Designer will collaborate with local jurisdictions and building officials to obtain permit approvals. Prior drafting/design work or residential remodel experience is a plus for this role.

Responsibilities
